Information you send to us

When you use the project inquiry form, TJG Media & Design, LLC. receives the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, project type, timeline and project details. If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information included in that message.

We use this information to review your inquiry, respond to you, discuss or provide requested services and maintain ordinary business correspondence and project records. TJG does not sell or rent information submitted through this website.

Contact form delivery and spam protection

The website form is processed on the TJG website server and sends the submitted inquiry to info@tjgmedia.com. The form uses basic anti-spam measures, including a hidden honeypot field, a submission-timing check and temporary rate limiting.

For rate limiting, the server uses the visitor's IP address to create a one-way hashed identifier and stores recent submission timestamps in temporary server storage for a short window. This is used only to limit repeated form attempts.

Basic website and server data

This site does not currently use advertising pixels or visitor analytics services, and it does not require a visitor account. The web server or hosting provider may create standard technical logs when pages are requested, which can include information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, date and time, and referral information.

Cookies and embedded services

The current public website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Links that take you to social platforms, Plain Speak Publishing or other external websites are governed by the privacy practices of those services once you leave tjgmedia.com.

How long information is kept

Project inquiries and related email correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, manage a client relationship, maintain business records or document completed work. Temporary form rate-limit data is designed for short-term spam prevention rather than long-term visitor tracking.

You may contact TJG to ask a question about information you previously submitted through the website or to request that we review or update our business records where appropriate.
